Exhortation: Separation

I believe in the separation of church and state.

I also believe in the unification of state and faith, with faith being the actions that we take to advance our righteous values.

For it is the presence of faith that moves our society. It is faith that creates motion across our government, organizations, and institutions, thereby enabling them to operate fully, pushing and nudging forward as they execute on their mission and promises for the people.

But what happens when that motion comes to a halt? What happens when faith in those things and ways of being is lost? Can faith be redeemed? How?

It’s not only a real possibility. It’s happening right now.

Across this nation and the world, many are choosing to align with a path that separates one from darkness.

Many are consciously choosing to separate from the crooked aspects of our generation, the elements that defile us: greed, envy, deceit, slander, betrayal, manipulation and violence.

These aspects influence the dysfunction that tears our communities and the world apart.

The Good News is that a different aspect is coming to light once more.

Our neighbors are openly expressing their faith and values across various media and platforms. It's unlike anything we’ve seen or heard in a long time.

Our neighbors are acknowledging the brightest paths we must pursue, diverging from the darkest ones. And it’s unlike anything we’ve seen or heard before.

There’s a separation taking place.

Spiritually speaking, souls are being saved.

And it’s so wonderful to see.
